Semiologist and digital arts consultant, Philippe Baudelot designed the multimedia section of the Monaco Dance Forum in 1998, serving as Director of the Digital Dance Department until 2006. As a consultant and curator specialized in digital arts, he has contributed his expertise to various organizations and events, including Transcultures (Belgium), Bains Numériques (France), Printemps de la Danse (Tunisia), Le Dansoir (France), 06 en Scène (Nice), the European Culture Project MADE, and Dig@ran (Spain).

He supports numerous artists in their digital projects (Cie Mobilis-Immobilis, Cie Mulleras, Cie Skalen, Cie Yann Lheureux, Cie Corée’Graphie, Cie Portes Sud, Etienne Rey, Gauthier Keyaert, Golnaz Behrouznia, Jean-Marc Matos…). He was artistic director of the Mai Numérique festival (Aude), lecturer/trainer (University of Nice, AGECIF, ISTS), and served on the boards of the contemporary art association Les Mille Tiroirs (Pamiers) and the digital-focused art collective GawLab (Senegal). He is a founding member of the Réseau Arts Numériques / RAN.

He sits on the Board of Transcultures, overseeing artistic direction.
