At the invitation of Databaz , intermedia art center, Philippe Franck will present on June 12th – 6.30pm , at the Conservatory of Angouleme (France), the documentary he directed recently, with Anne -Laure Chamboissier and in collaboration with Gilles Coudert, on the poet Bernard Heidsieck.This screening will be followed by a discussion and an action-poetic performance by Charles Pennequin at 8pm.
On June 13th-4pm, at Databaz for a ‘City Sonic afternoon’, Philippe Franck presents the book « City Sonic sound arts in the city » (published by La lettre volée, Brussels) he coordinated (also featuring essays by Philippe Baudelot Gilles Malatray Alexander Castant, Anne-Laure Chamboissier , Jean-Paul Dessy and the participation of many sound artists) . This will be followed by a City Sonic mix (original pieces of sound art, sound poetry, experimental electro produced by the festival… ) by Paradise Now (Optical Sound , Transonic…).
