For the third edition of the forum ‘Vice Versa – from research to digital creation’ (initiated by Transcultures in collaboration with the Institute for Research Numediart in 2013), Transcultures with his partner Videographies offers a forum on the axes “digital cultures/ new media” (morning) and “research / digital creation” (afternoon).
Several roundtables gather experts, researchers, creators and Belgian and international professionals around various issues of the digital cultures such as the relationship between arts and digital devices, new practices related to video games, the Internet of Things or new forms of collaboration between applied research and the digital artists.
In parallel of the presentations and discussions, Vice Versa 3.0 also features installations, performances, “in progress” projects, demos,…by European university research laboratories, digital art structures, creative start ups and students of Belgian Arts schools.

L’après-midi sera consacrée à un temps de paroles et d’échanges autour de la thématique Recherche <> Création. Deux tables rondes sont prévues : Création numérique et laboratoires universitaires + Création et internet des objets et Artistes numériques et recherche
Vers 17h30, une conclusion et des pistes à suivre seront présentées en présence du Vice-président du gouvernement wallon Jean-Claude Marcourt.
