Artist in residency at the Saline Royale (Arc-et-Senans/France), “City of utopias”, in the framework of the Odyssey program (an initiative of the association of the Centres des Rencontres), Werner Moron (Beglian multidisciplinary artist, founder of Paracommandarts) has invited Philippe Franck for a week to work on a new performative project entitled “bipolar bears” combining sound, visual arts and literature.
