Ecritures Transatlantiques en tournée

Transcultures, center for sound and sound cultures (Mons) and Rhizome, interdisciplinary literary center (Quebec), organises a tour in Wallonia-Brussels about the legacy of the great French poet-performer Bernard Heidsieck (1928-2014), in the framework of their bilateral event “Ecritures Transatlantiques” focusing on new hybrid forms and writings.

The documentary film ‘Bernard Heidseick: Poetry in Action’ (2014) directed by Anne-Laure Chamboissier and Philippe Franck in collaboration with Gilles Coudert will be presented (by Philippe Franck) in Liège and Namur, as well as and a series of audio poetic performances Belgian artists (& Stuff + special guest Vincent Tholomé in Namur) and Quebec (Renée Gagnon, Jean-Yves Fréchette) in Brussels, Liège and Namur as a tribute to Bernard Heidsieck.
