A tireless Belgian sound and multimedia explorer, Alain Wergifosse is preparing an album to be released on the indie label Transonic (produced by Transcultures). This will be part of the new “Traces” series with live moments and projects carried out in events associated with Transcultures or its partners.
This postproduction residency at the Transonic Lab (coordinated by Stephan Dunkelman) should allow this prolific artist in performances, installations, projections but who has released only one CD (Deep grey organics – 1999 and more recently some participations to City Sonic compilations City Sonic on Transonic) throughout his career, to select, among several recent sources, and possibly to refine the pieces intended to be included in an album which should be released in early 2021.
