For another Monday Pentecost night, Eastern Belgium at night in complicity with Transcultures invites Antoine Chessex, a fascinating Swiss saxophonist (who has worked with many adventurous artists such as Maja Ratkje Jerome Noetinger, Kasper T. Toeplitz, Lasse Marhaug …) whose compositions are characterized by a strong textural density and often result in masses of sound exploring the physical dimensions of sound and space.
This special event also features Aki Onda, famous Japanese artist, pionner-expert in recordings /inventive misappropriations of audio cassettes and walkmans with his latest project “Cassette Memories.” Aki Onda creates live sound collages and surprising textures. This evening will also present some experimental films, surprises surprises…
