CD – DJ Olive + J.P. Dessy + D. Nùnez / Musiques Nouvelles @ Transnumeriques

This luminous collaboration between New York master DJ Gregor Asch (aka DJ Olive) vs Jean-Paul Dessy (cello, director of Musiques Nouvelles Ensemble) + David Nùnez (violin) is a musical travelogue mixing sensitive strings with the records and sounds subtly sculptured by Gregor Asch.

To the their studio album Scories (cinematic pieces and “comprovisations” bringing together in a Brussels studio, in 2005) reissued after a first out of stock pressing, is attached a great live CD recorded in 2006 in Paris during the Transnumeriques festival initiated by Transcultures.
