For the second year, and in the framework of Transnumeriques emergent artists program, a dozen students of partners art schools Arts2 (Mons-Belgium) and Villa Arson (Nice-France) are working together with Transcultures to develop digital arts projects supervised by their teachers (Zajega François Michel Cleempoel Luc Grossen / Arts2, Christian Vialard, Gauthier Tassart / Villa Arson) and the Transcultures’ staff.

First pre-presentation of these interesting works in progress on various issues (creation of urban composites from real-time surveillance video, art-science report / strange laboratory, telepresence and visual objects, technological/human connection / disconnection human, ordinary/dreamy travelling and multi projections …) this Friday March 4th in Mons between 15h and 18h, at Arts2 gallery (Carré des Arts, 4a rue des soeurs noires). In September, a selection of these works is likely to be shown at Festival City Sonic (Mons) in September in or as part of another digital arts event coordinated by Transcultures as well as at Villa Arson in Nice (to be determined).
