More than fifteen years after its creation, the Festival “Les Folies” organized by Le manège.mons (national scene Maubeuge) changes size and invests Remparts Maubeuge (France) to large outdoor concerts. This year, the festival offers a carte blanche to City Sonic, an international festival of sound arts initiated byTranscultures, Interdisciplinary Center and digital sound cultures in Mons (Belgium) in co-production with the manège.mons.
